All returns require a returns authorization number (RAN) which will be provided by customer service team. To obtain a return authorization number please contact customer service team at A return authorization number (RAN) must be requested within 3 days of delivery. Upon approval, our support team will issue you an RAN# by email. You must mark the return package with the RAN # clearly on the outside of the package. Packages without an RAN# clearly visible will be rejected by our returns processing center.

To Request an RAN Number:
Please email the following information to

1. Order ID
2. Name of Product
3. Reason for Return
4. Any comments to customer improvement

Refused, unable to forward or undeliverable as addressed packages returned to us will receive a full refund less the shipping. Return shipping is not refundable except in special consideration or circumstance. Please email us beforehand and we will deal with refunds on a case by case basis.
    Each customer is treated with respect and care.  No two cases are alike. If you are unsure if you can get a refund it is always best to email us and ask.
